Membership

Membership in the Administrative and Public Law Section generally is limited to attorneys licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. The annual membership dues are $25.00 which may be remitted to the State Bar of Texas Sections Department. No forms are necessary; merely include your State Bar of Texas attorney identification number along with your check.

As a member of the Section, you will automatically receive copies of the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal and any other publications, notices and benefits issued during the course of the bar year. You will also be assured of continued access to the Administrative and Public Law Section Home Page.

In addition, section members receive a password to access the Members Only section of this site, which includes “From the Bench,” a series of interviews with notable Texas judges on the subject of administrative law.

If you are a member of the Section and didn’t receive a password, that is because the State Bar does not have a current e-mail address for you. Please update your information with the State Bar. The Section receives an updated membership list several times a year.
